ZENITH™ 475 Rotary Steerable System

Delivering reliable, cost-efficient directional control with a compact rotary steerable system engineered for precise wellbore placement in 5 ⅞″–6 ⅛″ holes.

The Zenith™ RSS 4 ¾″ features electronically controlled, mud-powered thrust pads positioned near the bit for accurate trajectory steering and high dogleg capability up to 18°/100′ while rotating. Designed for efficient operation up to 160 RPM, the system supports bi-directional communication, real-time toolface and survey data, and on-the-fly steering adjustments.

Field-replaceable wear parts enable fast redress without leaving the job site, reducing maintenance time and total well cost.
