ADS Services and Frontier International Sign Exclusive MPD Supply Agreement for Permian Basin

ADS Services, LLC and Frontier International entered into an exclusive supply agreement to provide managed pressure drilling (MPD) systems and equipment for onshore drilling operations in the Permian Basin. The agreement combined ADS Services’ regional pressure-control capabilities with Frontier International’s MPD, pressure-control, and rig-integration technologies.
Under the agreement, ADS was able to offer integrated pressure-management systems and equipment for rental or sale across both the Midland and Delaware sub-basins.
Frontier’s technology scope included pressure-control systems, semi-automated well-control systems, rig-integration services, data analytics, and control-system applications designed to support drilling performance and operational process safety.
The agreement was structured to provide customers with a more integrated approach to pressure management, bringing together equipment, automation, and rig-system integration within a single commercial offering for the onshore drilling market.
At the time of the announcement, the companies planned an initial deployment of 20 systems designed specifically for Permian Basin operations through ADS Services.
